Questions have been raised over the alleged political and administrative influence of former councillor Saizuddin Molla and his brother Idris Molla in Ward No. 3 of Kashimpur, Gazipur.

Local residents and alleged victims claim that the two brothers have been facing multiple cases and allegations, including disputes over land and alleged attempts to exercise influence through political connections.

According to allegations received by this newspaper, Saizuddin Molla was arrested in connection with a case related to the July political unrest and was later released on bail. Local residents have also questioned why legal action against his brother Idris Molla has allegedly not progressed in some cases despite allegations and pending cases against him.

Allegations of Manipulated Police Reports

The most serious allegation concerns police investigation reports.

Several complainants claim that, in some cases, police reports submitted after investigations allegedly failed to reflect the information and evidence provided by the complainants. There are also allegations that financial transactions may have been used to influence or manipulate investigation reports.

Local residents and alleged victims are calling for a transparent investigation into all pending cases involving Saizuddin Molla and Idris Molla.

They are also demanding that senior police authorities examine whether any investigating officer has ever submitted a misleading or incomplete report in exchange for money or under political pressure.

The investigation should include:
